Don't overdo it, you could erode your enamel.

Also teeth withening toothpaste is okay, hydrogen peroxide(well just dentist grade teeth withening) mogs tho.

Once I lose all the weight and ideally be like 160 lbs I plan to start lifting and doing cardio regularly, right now I'm like 240 lbs, I realistically should be able to lose like 10 lbs a month crash dieting.

Baking soda in contact of oxygen produce a gaz like in cake that can make the yellow of the teeth melt So the withe appear but if you let the baking soda too much time your teeth going to have Hole ( take some reshearch im maybe not rights )

im doing a really niche softmax almost no ones about it i involves eating around 200-300 cal under maintenance to loss facial fat and overall bodyfat please gatekeep this one though
