What I eat in a day eating intuitively (with photos):

What I eat in a day as a 6’2 ltn gymcel. Mandy Mandy inspired me to add in carbs so I added honey to my diet, trying it out so far adding more as I go.

12:30 Breakfast / Pre-Workout

3 raw egg yolks

2 cups raw milk

3 tbsp raw honey

2 oz veal liver

3:00pm Lunch

8 oz grass-fed ground beef

Half stick raw butter

4 oz raw Swiss cheese

1 stick raw butter

Food has a lot of impact on looks and mood
Cheaper to drug yourself up

200g of smoked salmon,2 whole grain bread rolls,300ml of plain Milk,300ml of milk with honey and egg yolk,100g of mozarella,Grapes,Apples,mandarins,2 bananas,4 tomatoes, 4 eggs,150g of baked potatoes.
Bread rolls are enjoyed best when it's the ones with flour on them
