I'm 14 and 6'3, 137 lbs (I somehow look somewhat normal) . I hate the taste of egg yolk, cooked or not, so I just mix it into milk so I don't waste it and it has no taste. I'm mainly trying to gain weight healthily, and I am fairly active.
"Breakfast" (I wake up like 3 hours before this)
1-2 steaks cooked pretty rare(150-250g)
2-3 raw egg yolks (mixed into the milk)
2-3 glasses of raw milk
2-3 cooked egg whites
Burrata (occasionally)

Lunch
just a glass of raw milk and maybe a small amount of steak

Dinner
Big sweet potato (150g or so) or another minimally processed starch.
Large portion of meat such as bratwurst, wild fish, steak, etc
2 glasses of raw milk
Burrata (occasionally)

never met someone who doesnt like yolk, im shocked
