These two photos show the current condition of my face. Honestly, I feel stuck and I don’t know what else I should do.

Right now, I’m trying to fix my skin and lose weight. I used to weigh 90 kg, and I managed to bring it down to 70 kg. However, my weight has been stuck at 70 kg for more than five months.

Even though I’m following the same diet and have added regular gym workouts, there’s been no change in my weight. I’m genuinely confused about what I should do next.

I’m very open to any advice—anything I can improve or work on, I’m willing to do it for better (except for surgery).

fix skin using isotret or ghkcu , grow out eyebrows using minoxidil , use lash serum , lose fat using calorie deficet or reta
Currently, I’m using zinc supplements, doxycycline, azelaic acid, and tretinoin. I’m interested in trying isotretinoin, but it’s restricted in my country.

I’ve been growing my eyebrows and eyelashes using castor oil. Should I switch to minoxidil instead?

How can I reduce facial fat? Also, my weight has been stuck at 70 kg—should I just keep continuing my gym routine?

minoxidl worked wonders for my eyebrows, but if it grows wayy to thick you need to clean it up regualry , also using minoxdil on eyelashes is kinda risky but you do you. consult ur derma if you gonna get isotret bc that shit is gonna stunt your growth *it stunnted mines* for losing facial fat , try counting your calories and try lowering it *calorie deficet*
