then 20 mins before as a carb will have 70g straight sugar noticed if i do the sugar will get like 2 extra reps added

it decent you just cant good dosing as for me coffe pods so pour i in a cup and to get good caffein you have to 5 of them to get 450 mg and so its quicker i dont dilute it and pour the lowest volume so i can chugg it in 1sec
