Not specifying what’s exactly happening. But I’m so fucking overwhelmed by thinking about many problems that are happening at the same time,a severe situation. Especially for someone on the Autism spectrum,it’s pretty fucking overstimulating and I just can’t figure out a way to get out of this except suicide,which is just a option that I wouldn’t do. Uninteresting facts but it disturbs my sleep extremely and it’s causing me to hit myself a lot including just random outbursts. I’m not asking for a solution for my problems separately in detail,just how can I temporarily get a break from all of this? I’m not usually someone who rants about their problems here, but I wouldn’t be asking for advice if I didn’t know any other way to calm myself down : (
