Weird bumps on skin (1 Viewer)

I have a ton of these tiny bumps on my skin mainly at my massater but some are a bit farther out I tried to search up what they were but I couldn't find anything also they are the same colour as my skin does anyone know what they are or how to fix it?

It's probably fungal acne you can use selium sulfude dandruff shampoos to fix it, put it on your face for 5-10 minutes abd then wash it off
