Yo question, it’s really hard to tell grifters and things that actually work online. Is chatgpt a good source to ask whether or not something works or is it going to say a lot of misinformation?
Basically should i trust it enough to ask questions about supplements and exercises(ex: it hates bs, idk if this is good or bad)
