Introduction
In this guide ill tell you guys on how to achieve model tier skin whilist not being an acnecel and getting the confidence that you need because skin is one of the features that can make or break your face
"Normal Skincare"
I guarantee you that 90% of all skin care that you can buy is cope and only scamming dumbasses. Something like a vitamin A serum is going to do jack shit and will not produce any significant help to get rid of acne. The only "normal" skincare you would ever need is a cleanser and moisturizer but even both of these wouldn't be as effective as the methods im going to talk about in this thread
GHK-CU
This is pretty overhyped and is not even close to the levels something like accutane can provide. I'll still say this is semi effective but this the amount of people trying to sell it to you on tiktok is purely retarded and probably using it wrong
The true maximum results you can achieve with this is obviously by using it correctly for a prolonged time to improve collagen and elastin
. Instead of bacteriostatic water id recommend for people to use phosphate buffered saline instead to get results

phosphate buffered saline is pretty aids to acquire but i found one https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/GB/en/product/sigma/d8537
Nutrition
Fixing your diet and nutrition will do wonders towards your skin that shitty serums or skincare from markets ever could provide. This can be achieved by reducing your carb intake and to stop consuming ultra processed shit and eating something thats properly good. If your eating complete dogshit food no amount of skincare is saving you from getting the clear skin halo that everyone wants to chase
Isotretinoin/Accutane
Id say this is probably the best possible and easiest solution that you can acquire to getting clear skin. This works by shrinking sebaceous glands permanetly reducing their size, reduces sebum production by around 75-90% and prevents clogged pores
There are side effects like the substance being liver toxic but ill say its pretty mild in my opinion, Also a side effect is the fact that it can cause yours lips to become more red which this can count as halo more than anything
The most efficient and effective way to use and achieve maximum results with the least side effects is micro dosing for a prolonged period and skin mogging everyone in your field of view
Dermastamping
Through Dermastamping you can achieve pretty good results due to skin becoming thicker with a collagen increase of more then 400% and creates alot more elastin for your skin this is due to collagen fibres increasing. From personal experience this has worked quite well for me and i use currently 1mm once every 2-4 weeks because i achieved good results due to using it for a prolonged period. If you want to start using it then start off with 3 dermastamping sessions with a depth of 0.5mm once a week, On the second week id recommend doing the exact same thing as the first week then for the third week id recommend to use the 1mm depth for twice a week and so on
I havent tried this yet i might start it but dermastamping could possibly improve your under eye area by fixing the thin layer of skin and thickening it through the damage caused by dermastamping
Tretinoin
Topical Tretinoin is used to fix fine wrinkles that is caused from sun damage and causes wonders for acne skin tightness and collagen production. This cream comes in multiple strength that vary between 0.01%, 0.025% and 0.1%. I recommend starting with the weakest one and see it if you need to up the strength also apply a pea sized amount from the cream and rub it evenly on your skin before going to bed. It increases sensitivity to sun rays, so be sure to apply SPF too which im going to talk about later in this guide aswell
SPF
Guys id recommend to always use SPF before leaving your house. Use as high spf as possible at least spf 30 you can use higher spf but it can be more expensive.
Tinted SPF
Basically the same thing as i talked about earlier of normal spf it'll do the same thing but depending on what different colour you pick it can ascend you by changing your colouring and can hide acne scars that you are insecure about (Id advice to use a tinted spf that is slightly darker then the skin tone that you already are or else itll be super weird and pretty obvious)
Razor Burns
Razors burns are irritating rash that sometimes appears after shaving that wasnt done well, razor burn will be slightly itchy and create a noticeable red rash on where you have shaved. In some cases razor burns can also produce razor bumps which they are created through ingrown hairs
This can be prevented use light short strokes because applying too much pressure with the razor increases your chances for razor burn. The weight of the razor is sufficient to cut your beard to keep yourself from applying too much pressure. Use short strokes becaise with longer strokes we tend to apply more pressure on the razor. Also whilst shaving make sure the clean the blade by rinsing it with water after every 1-3 strokes due to the razor blade collecting stubbles of hair and shaving cream. After your finished with shaving rinse your face with cold water
Red Light Therapy
Use a red light lamp once or twice a week for 15-30 minutes by looking at it with your face from 55-70 cm. The wattage doesn't really matter but the wavelength of the light should be around 570-850nm. It increases blood flow, helps with acne, collagen production, elasticity and improves mitochondrial function also there are studies that prove red light therapy reversing aged skin.

Sleeping
Yes sleeping can improve skin by boosting collagen, increasing cell regeneration, reducing inflammation and balancing hormones (Hormonal imbalance is a main factor of why skin can look so bad) leading to more radiant skin, lack of sleep elevates stress hormones that break down collagen causing dullness, ouffiness and signs of aging such as wrinkles thus us why prioritizing 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep allows your skin to perform these crucial restorative process making you look more healthier
If i left some stuff out which i probably did because its a huge topic feel free to say
