Tired of seeing retarded parents confining babies into a room alone where they sit in cots with prison cell gates and some blankets for comfort.

It's beyond unnatural to leave a baby alone in a room to sleep - the mother and baby should sleep together, the parents and baby all skin to skin preferably together.
You don't see babies left completely alone to sleep in nature.

At least have the baby in the cot present in the room where you can all sleep - this whole baby monitor and in another room isn't right

I get it. When I had a baby sitter I would hate doing anything there. Everything felt so unnatural and she was mean. When it was nap time it was my least favorite cause I just had to lay there thinking it wasn't comfortable enough
