Don't try this
One my main flaws is lateral zygomatic width which I could definitely improve. Now I’m just trying the normal Bonesmashing, but what I’ll do is basically do it the way blakespeaks says he does it. I will bonemash around 4-5x a day,my essential goal is to simply maintain that swelling throughout the day. As the thread title says I’m just trying to achieve subperiosteal hematomas on a small scale, highly theoretical but what else is there to do anyways?
