and i’m 6ft with open growth plates if that helps my case too.

but im also a skinny anorexic fuck, like no matter how much i eat or work out, i don’t seem to retain any fat nor muscle.

maybe it’s just a genetic thing, like fast metabolism or maybes it’s just because i’m still young.

but if anyone has any routines that helped you stay sane and get bulkier at the same time, i would love if you didn’t gate kept and atleast pm me.

Start drinking a shit ton of raw milk before or after a meal with saturated fat in it
