the first pic i was about 14 i think it was january 2025 and in the new pic its february this year. i say i think its mostly from my diet as i started hitting the gym a while ago but nothing really changed about my face. but once i started eating clean and cutting out junk i actually noticed my face changing aswell as putting muscle on faster. so i think it has a larger part to do with diet rather then growing up.
