To start off all the bone theories have all either been debunked to death or are the most insane mental gymnastics and some retarded application which is not even bones smashing and is not practical , this has very simple mechanisms and line of reasoning that does seem very plausible and I've seen plastic surgeons also comment that his may likely work.

Now what i propose is that rather than trying to grow bone instead we try form scar tissue underneath the skin (which does appear the same on the outside if done right) and the main driver of the results we will see are from scar tissue that occurs as a result of rupturing of capillaries under the skin causing bleeding and an inflammatory result in response to the blunt force trauma
The key part is turning that inflammatory response into a fibrous formation and it seems the main factor is to repeatedly disrupt the healing process which is best achieved with a higher frequency so i propose rather than one longer session in the day we smash a few times through out the day VERY HARD , max 3-4 hits every few hours

This would also explain why boney parts with low amounts of soft tissue like areas around the orbital rim are almost never reported to grow (anecdotally) whereas areas covered by thicker fat pads (chin , zygos) people always talk about some bones smash gains or some kind of long term change especially the zygos which are covered by some of the thickest fat pads in the face
Now on top of this we can use things to try increase this forming of scar tissue by super charging our collagen synthesis.

Particularly the best option seems to be winstrol (though many of them work very well) as it seems to be the most powerful AAS for collagen synthesis which significantly increases scar tissue formation and also very potent TGF-B1 up regulation which is one of the core drivers of fibrosis

We can see even test will increase fibrosis by a significant amount
My anecdote
Over my time bones smash , i was mainly doing it for the pump but i do sternly believe i have maintained some permanent gains though i do have seem to have some permanent bruising along my cheekbones that i’ll have to take care of and i do think one side has grown a little more than the other has so you do need to be careful with this and do it at ur own discretion and also not to mention the possible cognitive effects of this
I was going with the usual hitting your face for one session rather than the idea i presented earlier
I will continue to bones smash before going out etc for the pump but as i am committed to surgery which will obviously yield much better results i dont plan to run the protocol i stated but i just wanted to put this out there as a plausible genuine bones smash theory after all the non sense discussion about it for so many years
Now of course this may work , you should not be expecting the world although guys like androgenic have made HUGE gains bones smashing but I don't believe this is likely at all for most of you.
This will not turn anyone from ugly to good looking , some of you need a fucking skull transplant jfl not bones smash , so set some realistic expectation if you do commit to this.
TLDR

Blunt force trauma = capillary rupture = bleeding = acute inflammation = fibroblast activation = collagen deposition and fibrosis locally = scar tissue which you can fraud as looking like bone

Would being on accutane stop/halt the process since it stops nearly all inflammation and speeds up healing and skin turnover?
I would need to research that more but i would assume no as it's effects on deeper wound healing and fibrosis are not strongly anti-fibrotic in trauma settings.
It may even help we can see in this study

'There was no significant impact on the rate of wound closure in Isotretinoin/1month group. However, a two-month regimen accelerated the wound-healing process. RT-PCR results revealed increased expression of IL-6, IL-8, IL-1α, TGF-β1, IL-10 MCP-1, ICAM1, L-Selectin, and VEGF rats that were administered Isotretinoin. Histological observations showed an increased number of mast cells in the wound areas of rats treated with Isotretinoin.'

It actually increased expression of tgf-b1 whic his a key driver of fibrosis , this was a rat study though.

even if it did work it’s almost impossible to get symmetrical growth
You're asymmetrical anyway , id rather be asymmetrical with bone than asymmetrical and boneless and symmetry is not as important for attractiveness as you think assuming you are not severely asymmetric which will not happening if you aren't retarded with this

Trurly an amazing thread
I have never denied the art of bonesmashing.
I gained an extra 1mm on both cheekbones from doing that and it's not temporary because the swelling has long been gone.

to be honest i have lost some sensation in my cheekbones but it does not effect my life even one bit and makes then next bones smashing session less painful
weve lost the plot

fibrosis wont mimic clean bone structure anyways, also why r u disrupting the healing process? if u fix a road by laying down asphalt do u let cars drive over it before it hardens?

i disrupt the healing process as this drives scar tissue and what is that stupid analogy , it doesn't apply to the biology here at all
