should I transition slowly into implementing into my diet or does it not matter?Good quality liver should have a dark red - purple ish color. Also just go to a butcher that is frequented and has good reputation and maybe ask them if it's safe to eat raw (this isn't very reliable as they might be kikepilled and say no). But as long as the color, taste and smell isn't bad you should be able to eat it
I heard someone say quick transitions are why people get sick and my friend tried a bit of raw lamb and was shitting for like an hour lol
