Hello bhais. During puberty, I used to eat like shit, pure goyslop and sugar. Puberty is obviously the best moment in your life to ascend since you develop and almost everything is still malleable, so this is how I started to eat during that time. And at least for me, it worked. Let's get straight into it:

1. Meat

  • Grass-fed red meat (beef, veal) – 25–30% of the time raw, rest lightly cooked.
  • Fatty cuts with tendons.
  • Cook only with butter or animal fat.
  • Rotate cuts and animals (beef, lamb, rabbit).
  • Add connective tissue like oxtail, shank, tongue → your bones and joints will thank you.
Meat is a main mix of protein, collagen and fat. This will boost your jaw growth, bone density and muscle structure.

2. Fish & Seafood

  • Raw or lightly handled: salmon, sardine, tuna, mackerel.
  • Raw oysters.
  • Mussels, clams, crab.
  • Fish roe & organs like cod liver, stomach of fatty fish.
Fish and seafood contain almost all the micronutrients that you need during your teenage years.

3. Organs & Internal Parts

  • Liver (70–80% of the time raw).
  • Bone marrow, heart, brain.
  • Occasionally: blood, kidneys, lung, spleen, tongue.
Literally the secret weapon to develop since these are filled with nutrients and minerals. Most teens don’t touch them because they 'taste bad' and don't develop correctly.

4. Fats & Dairy

  • Raw grass-fed butter, raw A2 goat/cow milk, raw milk cheeses.
  • Kefir (you can make it yourself), natural yogurt, raw cream.
  • Raw colostrum, royal jelly.
  • Cod liver oil/fat.

Honestly valid. Of all these foods, beef meat is probably the one that makes less sense eating raw as long as you don't overcook it so I personally did it for the taste. Organs are really OP raw though

Brutal. I bought a minifridge just to hide them in my room since they didn't let me either for some time
tbf they haven't bought any yet, but they said they would let me decide when I see the meat (idc if its disgusting I'll cut it apart and force myself to eat it)

They just don't understand. As soon as I made my father try raw liver he noticed that I was right the whole time JFL Shit just makes you so euphoric like it's a psychotropic

what age did u change ur diet to this and how good were the results?

besides taste, is there any way to know if the source is good and how do u make sure u get it from a good source
If it’s from a farm and the cows look healthy

Good quality liver should have a dark red - purple ish color. Also just go to a butcher that is frequented and has good reputation and maybe ask them if it's safe to eat raw (this isn't very reliable as they might be kikepilled and say no). But as long as the color, taste and smell isn't bad you should be able to eat it
