at 16 you can still make noticable face changes with softmaxxes, i suggest you stop coping by hoping surgery will save u and instead put some effort into softmaxxing

mewing is a good start, make sure you put the most force u can on ur soft palate
make sure your posture is always good, especially your neck and face posture so you dont get downward growth
chew on your premolars
make sure u dont breathe through ur mouth when u sleep
consider supplementing vitamin d3 K2 and zinc, they help immensly

I highly recommend you take Eryczek Eryczek advice before thinking about surgery, maxxing out softmaxxes are very important regarding development when you're this young.

However, regarding aesthetics, a rhinoplasty & genioplasty from what I can see right now would be beneficial, I will give you a bulleted list of some other procedures which could benefit you specifically:
  • Jawline Contouring - jaw enhancement or non surgical treatments like dermal fillers.
  • Buccal Fat Removal - not recommended though.
  • Facial Implants - chin, cheek, or jaw implants.
  • Non-Surgical Alternatives - botox or fillers can temporarily reshape areas like the chin, jawline, and nose; this helps you see how changes MIGHT look without permanent alteration.

NOTE: max out your development right now through softmaxxes, and TRIPLE check your results once you reach around 21, if you are still not happy, refer back to this reply. Good luck.
