I've already pretty much posted something similar to this but I only included a front profile. In this post i've included some disgusting photos of my side profile I took about 2-3 months ago. What surgeries should I consider alongside Orthodontic procedures. Furthermore how can I larp to try and get them covered.

I also have an overjet, I've heard people saying regular braces which pull ur teeth back is bad since they affect facial aesthetics aswell, but for an overjet wouldnt I want that pulled back?

it's double jaw surgery and counter clock wise rotation it's just gonna change the position of your jaws in reference to the occlusal plane to fix your downgrown recessed face, i would pair it also with gonion and zygomatic arch implants.

Thanks, this is def a good perspective and I dont know why I was never recommended for any orthodontics, I think my foward head posture was actually masking the issues I had but now that I fixed that you can really see I need surgery beyond aesthetics.
