I’ve seen some anecdotal reports of taking l tyrosine 30ish minutes before Vyvanse
In theory it works providing more precursor for dopamine and norepinephrine synthesis, tried taking 2 g before and didn’t notice any changes
Wondering if anyone has tried this or have any info about it
