On vacation we found a chess board and decided to play

I tried explain the rules of classic chess to him but he didn’t understand anything and lost in like a few moves

So him and I invented a new game on the chess board using the same pieces

We decided to make the black pieces the immigrants and the white pieces the country that’s anti imgrants

The rules were

Pawns(civilians/imgrants)- Health: 1 Damage:1

Rook - We changed the rook to an ICBM missle and decided it can wipe out male multiple pawns at the same time

Knights - They were tanks and Health: 3 Damage: 3. Their ability was able to deflect ICBM missiles if you timed it right

Bishops: High ranking military officers: They had the ability to heal. Health: 5 Damage: 3

Queen: Changed this to presidents wife/Highest in command general. Health: 10 , Damage: 5. Usually it was the general but for roleplay he changes to wife

King; He was the president/prime minister. Health:15 , No damage

The goal was to take over a country with the black immigrant pieces , and for the white pieces to defend the country against the black

Whoever wipes out all pieces first gets the land , takes over the country and integrates it into their country. We used the squares on the pieces to be able to move and create borders with the pawns in order to protect the president

In the end my cousin still didn’t know how to play

Chess takes way more than a day or two for beginners to understand even the board rules and certain basic opening strats take months give him a week or two and a few levi videos he will learn i remember my mother beating my ass to go to chess lessons when i was a kid forced me to stay in the school club for years and somehow made me a decent player
