Forgetting your posture throughout your life causes immense damage to facial aesthetics

Sitting down in schools for up to 7 hours a day is not normal
Slouching all day and slouching in your seat is not normal
Slouching while you're standing is not normal
Having a nerd neck is not normal
Sleeping with your mouth open is not normal
Having an anterior/posterior pelvic tilt is not normal

It's not your fault that dictators and Jews rule you, and therefore enforce these habits into us to make us smaller, uglier, weaker and easier to dictate and control.

They need to control the growing population, especially dense large territories like America (the reason for ICE) so that they can satisfy things like their greedy needs (Trump wanting land to collect oil).

However you need to counter this to maintain a healthy body and push away limb, joint and overall bone problems when we age (this is inevitable in modern day society).

When you're sitting down, you need to sit straight, but not as rigid or as straight as a wooden plank, just sitting straight without exerting your spine. If your lower back gets tired from sitting straighter, then it's a sign of weak glutes + back muscles.
You also should be mewing whenever you aren't speaking or eating (water info, but people forget)
You need to stop straining your pelvic by having a posterior/anterior tilt, since YOU are subconsciously pushing yourself outward/inwards.
And you need to stop jutting your head out and strengthen your neck muscles.

Don't forget to sit/stand/breathe properly. When you look at tribesmen/women, you can see the straightness of their body posture and how even when they hunch over/slouch over when sitting, it doesn't look like an inward C. It's a natural form of sitting as opposed to the hours you hunch over, relentlessly weakening your muscles
