Everytime you get the chance on your back day skip the machines sometimes and the dumbbells and hit the pull up bar I promise you your back will look crazy the back is the biggest upper body muscle and is being used 24/7 so it can take a lot more of beating then your small muscles that don't get used as much like your chest

Will try it. I have a pull up bar I can hook up in my closet, I dont train back that much but I'll work my way up

I have a pull up on m'y room door i do it everyday

if you have a pull up bar installed at home then your a certified CHAD
