In this guide ill tell you guys on how to achieve model tier skin whilist not being an acnecel and getting the confidence that you need
"Normal Skincare"
I guarantee you that 99% of all skin care that you can buy is cope and only scamming dumbasses. Something like a vitamin A serum is going to do jack shit and will not produce any significant help to get rid of acne. The only "normal" skincare you would ever need is a cleanser and moisturizer but even both of these wouldn't be as effective as the methods im going to talk about in this thread
GHK-CU
This is pretty overhyped and is not even close to the levels something like accutane can provide. I'll still say this is semi effective but this the amount of people trying to sell it to you on tiktok is purely retarded and probably using it wrong
The true maximum results you can achieve with this is obviously by using it correctly for a prolonged time to improve collagen and elastin
. Instead of bacteriostatic water id recommend for people to use phosphate buffered saline instead to get results

phosphate buffered saline is pretty aids to acquire but i found one https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/GB/en/product/sigma/d8537
Nutrition
Fixing your diet and nutrition will do wonders towards your skin that shitty serums or skincare from markets ever could provide. This can be achieved by reducing your carb intake and to stop consuming ultra processed shit and eating something thats properly good. If your eating complete dogshit food no amount of skincare is saving you from getting the clear skin halo that everyone wants to chase
Isotretinoin/Accutane
Id say this is probably the best possible and easiest solution that you can acquire to getting clear skin. This works by shrinking sebaceous glands permanetly reducing their size, reduces sebum production by around 75-90% and prevents clogged pores
There are side effects like the substance being liver toxic but ill say its pretty mild in my opinion, Also a side effect is the fact that it can cause yours lips to become more red which this can count as halo more than anything
The most efficient and effective way to use and achieve maximum results with the least side effects is micro dosing for a prolonged period and skin mogging everyone in your field of view
