The Idea is Sleeping in a certain Direction Matters for sleep quality and overall health !
Origins:
This Idea comes from Vastu Shastra meaning the Idea of the Human Body having Magnetic Axis (head as the North Pole and feet as the South Pole)
Recommended is sleeping with your head south and feet pointing north because the Earths Magnetic field flows from the Geographic South to North so opposite poles are facing each Other .
Traditional Teachings
| Turned South | | Best For Optimal sleep and less StreSS |
| Head Turned North | Called to highen Stress and Worsen Sleep quality | |
| Sleeping Head East | Recommend by some for Mental Clarity /Memory |
Claimed Benefits of South Facing Sleep :
1.Promote Deeper more Resting Sleep
2.Improve blood Circulation
and heart health

My Journey
So one Day i saw 4lers guide and i wanted to know more about this i read some studies and i was curious does this actually work so i decided to track my sleep
1 week i would entirely sleep Facing North so against Vastu Shastra
1 week i would sleep facing South so according to Vastu Shastra
Tracking :
I tracked My Sleep with this Smartwatch Through The Garmin Connect System
How it Works
It Tracks Ur StreSS overnight and the Sleep time
Results Sleeping South
● Significantly better Sleep Less StreSS before actually Sleeping and more Deep Sleep
Results Sleeping North
● Harder to actually Sleep less StreSS while sleeping
Final Thoughts is a good experiment but the Results were quite inconsistent i will obtain more sleep score data and will attach them here evnetually
