I will give you two options, option B is the one I use, I barely use option A because I have never really needed it, option A is for more severe cases, it gave me good results but I still prefer option B.

(Accutane, good and simple option.)

for
results
cost
Option A: Accutane
Severe or persistent acne
Fast, drastic reduction
Medium / High
Option B: Without Accutane
Mild to moderate acne, budget-friendly
Steady, progressive improvement
Low

First of all, I'm not a doctor, and Accutane can have negative side effects, and not everyone gets the same results from the same treatments. Keep that in mind. I almost never use Accutane, and my skincare routine has always kept my skin good and pimple-free, so I recommend option B more. But it is true that for severe scars it can be a faster way.

For mild to moderate acne or if you don't want harsh medications bhai. Less aggressive, but very effective.
ROUTINE:
AM:
Wash: Sulfur/Glycerin Soap
Niacinamide 10% (optional)
Sunscreen SPF 50
PM:
Wash
Days 1-3-5: Salicylic Acid 2%
Days 2-4-6: Adapalene 0.1%
Day 7: Hydration only (rest)
Moisturizer: Cicalfate/Nivea Soft
SUPPLEMENTS I USE(OPTIONAL):
Zinc (30 mg/day)
Green Tea (EGCG capsules or infusion)
Omega-3 (optiona but recommendedl)
HABITS:
0 sugar, 0 dairy, 0 fried foods
Sleep 7-8 hours
Do not touch your face to much
Clean pillowcases
EXPECTATIONS IN 30 DAYS:
60–80% fewer spots
Less oil
Lighter scars
Clearer, brighter, and more stable skin.

and then there is a key element that you must combine with both options.
