If you know basic biology, then you'd know that you will face acne in your teenage years while you're in puberty. Sure, skincare could help but if your gut health is fucked then no point in doing the copes

ghk cu is trash peptide slop, doesnt do anything really for skin, get tazarotene or tretinoin, if you have acne you should go for the nuclear solution and go for isotretinoin (accutane), ghk cu doesnt even last more than 20 minutes systemic and its just not powerful enough even as a topical skincare ingredient

Ye all these skincare questions as if iso isn't the only real useful thing
Isotret is by far the only effective acne treatment.
Salicylic and tret don't even compare; bringing them up just makes people confused.
They're not supposed to be used just for acne, and they irritate skin too
I would have solutioned yours, but using "isotretinoin for acne" and "tret for texture" in the same line can cause confusion, as using them both at the same time irritates skin.

still don't get the hype behind a peptide that doesn't really go systemic and lasts like 20 minutes after sub q injection, and the topical version is still not as good as taz or tret
I skimmed thru his text and didnt see the acne part so just gave the options he has depending on what problem he couldve had.
