I've had brutally dry & oily,  and sensitive skin my whole life. It's the most infuriating shit ever. (I can't even wash with a fucking LOOFAH or my skin goes bright red, then blue, and i experience the worse burning sensation afterwards :wojakcry:)
So skincare has always been something I've avoided. Especially since trying to trial out different products would most certainly waste whatever money i have. And now im looking for a protocol or just general tips on how to get that clear, "glowing" skin without raping my face.

feed back appreciated :feelsokman:

Maybe you are dry and oily because u irritate your skin, So i ask For instance u shower than ur skin is super dry but after some time gets really oily?

If so then you should assist with oils and moisturing to keep the skin moist and not dry as the body will overproduce because of the heavy imbalance in skin (being too dry)

And you should refrain from showering to often or using to often harsh Chemicals on your face as it will strip away the natural oils of your face, the body Naturally will produce far more oil then needed and it will take time for your body to regulate the normal oil reduction

Good advice. I'll see when I've got a free week and test that then. Any recommendations brah?

Chemical exfoliating, La Roche Posat Effaclar exfoliating is good for me

Niancinamde and Zinc - Helps regulate sebum production (also helps with brightness etc this was a big one for me)
Ordinary Zinc + Niancinude is cheap as shit and works well

Potentially a harsh cleanser but your barrier will suffer

If this doesn’t work just blotch toilet roll to remove as much as you can

No get it yourself, skincare is one of the biggest softmaxxes if you can do it right.

Get a good cleanser, moisturiser (if you need it due to oily skin) and niancimade for your sebum production

Better off to have these things and use them on a consistent basis
