I can't be fucked making a high effort guide making it pretty n shit with all the text fonts and colors
but here's is what I do for my skin and helped ascend me. This what works for me. Cleared almost all my acne and scars. From a distance my skin looks almost perfect
Procedures (expensive)
Go to a clinic , you ask for dermaclear to do every 1.5months - 2 months
Every 3 months you do a mask with acids , and a mask that helps to calm down the face so its opposite Ph etc
Every 2 months , do a weak laser. Wear sunscreen
Home skincare
Epidou half a year , switch to epidou forte. Epidou and epidouforte will be used every one night so you put Monday , do break on Tuesday and do Wednesday
Cicaplast b5 +: Almost every night
Cleaning with bioderma. Every 2 days. This one idk how to spell
That's all you need
Diet: Main things
Organs every week , all of them except I can't get thyroid.
Rare meat
Raw fish , raw seafood
rice
Honey
Raw carrot salad
Raw organic sugar shake
Raw yogurt
Raw cheese
Orange juice
Bone broth (every day) helped probably the most in the diet regard
Supplements/PEDS/Pharmas:
Doesn't matter much use whatever you like but ghk cu is good , mt2.
