Im 16 and wondering should I get any typa surgeries in the future or anything now that would help me I’ve been told by my dentist that my pallet is a bit narrow which had me thinking and I made a post a lil while ago and someone said I should get a lefort 1 I didn’t hav to much time since then because of work and life but so far I’ve been considering that if there’s anything else that would help please lmk
