does anyone have solutions to dry scalp, I use based shampoo and conditioner and use shampoo twice a week and conditioner every other day. Even with a routine my scalp is crazy flaky and I can’t wear black shirts

A good shampoo dosing omega 3. Good diet also not overusing cheap products would help.
