The first picture in the "isn't needed" is debatable, there are definitely other things he could be working on rather than the nose, his nose looks similar to Sean O' Pry, and I assume Hydrocortisone could have helped with the bulbous part of the nose, but it also looks like he has a deviated septum in this picture, so that may have been the reasoning behind the surgery, due to this a septoplasty was probably included. The second and especially the third are cases which just aren't necessary at all, and is overkill, adding only maybe 0.5 to their attractiveness score. Good for when you want to bump the attraction levels up a bit but not worth it at the stage they were at.
Best Places to get A Nosejob
IRAN AND/OR PAKISTAN
Good locations, go for trusted places, you may struggle finding the good locations in these places, and it may be way too much work for some, but if you have a girl from either of these countries they may be able to help. Nonetheless, these two countries (iran being the better one) are hands down the best places to get a rhinoplasty. Why? Quite simple, look for trusted clinics with good reviews, Europe MAY be cheaper than the other 3 depending on where you go but nonetheless expect to be paying a hefty price for what is in reality a simple procedure for a learned surgeon.
Turkiye
Definitely not bad but it is the worst on this list, Turkiye have little to no legitimacy which is why surgeries in general there are so cheap, they operate on anyone and everyone, and they don't care about you, or about whether or not the surgery is for you, they just want the money, countries like Iran actually are logical with their surgeries, and advise properly, and perform properly, going to Turkey for any surgery signifies a lack of research into the surgical industry.
