I have a slightly resseced maxilla and a very recessed mandible as well as a crooked nose to the side. I also have a deviated septum going in the same direction as my nose so idk if the main issue is my septum or the outside. I want to get a rhino to fix the nose and a double jaw surgery. What should be done first?
