no severe at all i think its slightly below perfect and im mostly waering it bcs of spacing
It dont stop maxilla growing it just keep the teeth in place i asked my ortho and he tell me Teeth aren't attached to the bone like Really they just float in the gums, so they don't touch the bone except when you take it out one (idk if its true or if i say shit i just give you my knowledge idc)
