i know that raw milk has more nutrition than any pasteurized millk but what do u think abt lowpasteurized milk (like 60 celsius for 25-30 minutes) because i dont know if my farmer's cows are super healthy like it may or may not contain any bad bacteria like salmonella and etc but with lowpasteurized milk i can be 99% sure that its safe to drink. I dont really think that there is too much difference. And im not lactose intolerant. Just wanna know what u guys think

tbh i'd recommend getting the raw milk, it's probably fine and there is a pretty big difference between raw and low temp pasteurized in my experience
the only difference i had is a bit different taste and ig these guys are right that some of raw milk's nutrition cant be digested by humans

yeah it tastes better, over time changes its taste to be different, and you can make it into butter and other products. also, in my experience the probiotic effect helped me more after antibiotics compared to regular milk

idk it's up to you, probably not that big a difference but if the cows on the raw milk farm are sketchy then maybe go for low temp pasteurized most of the time

Raw milk has the potential to cause Multiple health problems from the bacteria in it which was seen until pasteurization was invented. You would be way better off drinking pasteurized since raw milk has almost no benefits over it in its nutrition profile discluding the other health risks.
