wondering what i can ascend to with my bone structure without hardmaxxing implying my genetic ceiling given by my bone structure
Well alr, you can reach htn with no doubt. Here’s some advice. A gentle face cleanser every day in the morning and evening, moisturizer, and sunscreen every single morning.
Weekly: try a clay mask for oily skin or a hydrating mask for dry skin.
Optional maxxing: if there are no prohibitive issues, tretinoin (retinol) for skin texture + glow, and vitamin C serum for coloration and brightness.
Lifestyle habits: drink 3+ liters of water daily, sleep for 7–9 hours a night, attempt to avoid sugar spikes (which dull the skin).
Jawline & Midface Definition
Cut to ~10-12% body fat - and you'll be able to see your jaw, cheekbones, and the area around your eyes more.
Training:
Neck curls + lateral raises to thicken your neck / balance the overall frame.
Mewing consistency (don't try to cope if you have low body fat).
Salt / water control: will lower water retention / bloat and sharpen your face.
Hair & Grooming
Hair: there’s a lot of strong curl in your hair → keep volume on top / longer hair, and thin or fade the sides for maximum contrast (to emphasize if you are wide or show cheek structure).
Eyebrows: tidy it up under / around, but don’t take off too much - slightly thicker brows = create a stronger masculine upper third.
Facial hair (if it suits you): light stubble is a good choice to test out → will add maturity / highlight jaw.

bro you dont need so much skincare bs the most you need is sunscreen and retinol, and maybe kojic acid serum to suppress melanin.

Also sleep 8+ hours, 7 hours is not enough. Sugar spikes don't dull the skin, it's sugar (both glucose and fructose) that raises insulin and increases sebum production

Salt is a OP way yes, most americans are consuming like 5000mg of sodium a day (not even an exaggeration)

Longer hair is always better than shorter hair but for the most part hairstyles is a little cope, as long as it's healthy it's fine. Although you could technically also use hair to fraud.

Eyebrows you could use minoxidil or microneedling to get thicker brows

✅ Correct: Sunscreen + Retinol are the best 2 items for anti-aging and healthy skin.
⚠️ But: To say, "that's all you need" is ignoring some basics like moisturizer (retinol dries, and so do some sunscreens) and a gentle cleanser (there's sweat/oil/etc. on the skin that needs to be removed).
Kojic acid is mainly for hyperpigmentation / evening out a skin tone, and not everyone needs it.

Hair Length
⚠️ Mixed: "Longer hair is a lot better" is a subjective statement.
Long hair can look sloppy for loose styles, or feminine if it is not nice to the eye.
More masculine shapes with shorter / faded sides = more angularity (it frames your bone structure).
Long hair = you can fraud width if it is styled right and cover flaws.

✅ Correct: Healthy hair is better than long hair.

Eyebrows
✅ Minoxidil + microneeding undeniably seems to create thicker brows (there are studies + anecdotal evidence).
⚠️ If you use minoxidil, you have risks (potential shedding phase, irritation). Therefore, you have to be consistent using minoxidil for a long time.

Least obvious AI lol but anyways sunscreen moisturizes enough and shower cleanses.

Longer hair is objectively better it's only a modern trend that all males have short hair. Alexander the Great had long hair. British colonials had long hair (or wigs). Ancient Chinese used to have long hair, so did ancient Vikings, so did ancient South Americans, Even Jesus had long hair. A guy with short hair is like a girl with short hair, maybe girls are just used to it but girls with short hair are much less attractive i think.
