well i wanted to start in any way to shrinken my nose since i feel like thats a big flaw, what do you think?

you can use accutane to shirnk your nose temp, also with hydrocortisone that does that also and dose not damage your liver like accutane,
also dutastaride can shrink your nose ,but you look like your are in puberty so it is not good to take then. Or get a rhinoplasty
