Shave, style your hair better and crop it more, use some chapstick, and get a cream or something similar(there's a hack but I forgot it) for those lower eyelids. Use clyndamycin gel for any acne breakouts you may have.
The nose is in the way but your eyes and angularity(at least for the side profile) are good, there's HTN potential here.
