Active recall. At the end of each study session get a pice of paper and write everything you remember. It works better if it’s paper and not a laptop or phone. You should listen to Andrew Hoberman podcast on how to remember better etc

Also socal media makes your attention span worse obviously, but most say this is terrible for my attention span and keep using it, you should delete it if you want to properly lock in

I alr have good memory and study skills and i note the best of best info when i study i just need to become god in studies

Good don’t take meth, studying is also a skill like any other the longer you do it the better you will get. You sound like you’ve kinda done everything you can
