i dont have a lot, but i have a few in the center of my neck that are very noticeable,

i use to shave incorrectly which caused them, now im shaving with proper technique but since my facial hair regrows every other day i have to keep shaving (doesnt give the bumps time to heal) and if i dont shave i look very unkept

is there any solution to this

i normally have to hide it with tinted spf but im tired of that because the bumps are still kinda visible
