Do not do aqualyx btw, ive done aqualyx and wanted to do it around my lips as i got the same issue as you, however, if i remember correctly, that area is VERY dangerous due to arteries, and nerves around it (i might be wrong but i do remember its one of the riskiest places to inject)

I was unaware Orka was referring to the fat pad, there are lines within the circle hence why I presumed it was that? He mentioned it was the fat pad as soon as I posted my answer.
