PCO371 and EB631 are both research chemicals act as oral agonists of the pthrp1 receptor, the same one teriparatide and abaloparatide act on. they both have actually had human trials, with PCO371 being a little ethically questionable but thats ok. they both are (or were) in trial for osteoporosis and hypoparathyroidism.

for anyone wondering, pth/pthrp analogues arent effective for longitudinal growth because they promote bone formation (might actually be counter productive), rather they keep proliferating chondrocytes young, preventing them from hypertrophying. this is done through the ihh pthrp feedback loop, and they arent the only compounds that modulate this feedback loop

i think the chances of actual satisfactory growth is near 0
what they are good for tho is keeping chondrocytes young, could possibly work in tangent with aromatase and cxxc5 - dvl inhibition
