i cant rate so ill just give tips
debloat, dont use your buccinator muscles(sucking), try to fix slouched shoulders unless its narrow clavicles, debloat, sleep on your back, looks like you have an overbite but i aint an expert so maybe get a bimax
im trying to debloat cause i was chubbier before but its leading me to an eating disorder, but ill try harder. I do have pretty wide clavicles but i slouch a lot so ill try to fix that, i try to sleep on my back but after 2 hours of js laying there i give up but ill try to make it a habit. I have a bit of an overbite but i cant get surgery at 14 plus im trying to be natural but i might consider surgery when im older if i dont ascend

to debloat you only need to balance potassium and drink water for water retention and you dont need to cut or starve yourself just try to eat more carbohydrates, protein, B vitamins(B12 especially) and vitamin D while working out consistently, to help with sleeping put a pillow under your knees and take pills that help you sleep and maybe magnesium to help when you actually fall asleep, for your frame you could also workout your shoulders, for the overbite the only fix would be surgery (i understand why you dont wanna get surgery dw), take it at your pace just remember that there's always a time limit.

i eat a lot of bananas and i drink a lot fo water everyday, but pretty much thats what ill have for a day except breakfast where ill have vitamins, half a litre of milk and 5 eggs. Maybe meat during the day but sometimes not. I work out every 2 days at home but im gonna get a gym card since im actually allowed now, thanks for the pillow tip ill def do that and i try to work out my shoulders more than any muscle to get rid of the slouch look

i dont go outside, i dont sleep, i have no friends, never even had a conversation with a girl unless its for a school project and even then its minimized to simple answers

everytime u get bullied never let ur bully walkout
make it a duel worst that can happen is u getting punched a few times
do sports especially football and any kind of martial arts especially muay thai,boxing or kick boxing js avoid karate n u wont be bullied trust me

im in hs now at 17 n im a whole different person its js an awkward phase everyone has to experience sooner or later

dont try to lose fat just yet, in your age you need all the nutrients that you can get and you can loose weight in the future, iu need all teh macronutrients and micronutrients so you develop good
but i cant stand looking like this for one more day
