It is a known fact in the community—LM/BP community—that stress and negative interactions, can have adverse effects on your looks/health. This is due to the release of cortisol and adrenaline—along with other stress hormones. These hormones can have lasting effects for days, tanking both health and in turn your looks. Because of this, the decision of an intelligent person would be to never stress, the concept has been explored by many a philosopher—even regular people.

for myself I’ve adopted an absurdist bp mix approach to life and its challenges, as I believe it fits me best. I believe that nothing you do really matters but happiness and enjoyment, I don’t let things bog me down— let me know if Ive misrepresented absurdism. For this reason I never stress, I see no point in wallowing in sadness.

Let me know if you yourself have an ideology worth sharing, I do also believe that theology is a good resource as-well. I myself also believe in some theological concepts, hence why I don’t consider myself an atheist—but that’s for another thread :waiting:

This sums up my views pretty well

last picture doesn't make full sense.
if someone's problem is height and he can't get gH (cuz it won't work) or LL (expensive), obviously he's gonna be stressed out about it especially if he's a part of these forums.
no matter how hard he tries, it'll always affect him.

Idk but things don’t bother me, nothing really does. Sure it’ll affect him and he’ll know that but, it doesn’t mean he’ll be stressing over it. It just means he’ll have to come to terms that he can do nothing, so it shouldn’t worry him. I see your point but I still think it doesn’t affect the overall statement.
