Wait for a while, might have just overshot a bit, mild pain is perfectly normal. If it stays that way, see a doctor. People ted to forget that doctors have to keep all info about you confidential. They might shame you for taking peptides but they cant tell anyone unless you seem mentally unstable. Doctors are not your enemy. Especially if you live in a place with public health care, use it.
