surgery is the only way right?
surgery is the best efficient way. you can't eat hard foods for months, the swelling and pain is crazy, but after all that is over you get the amazing forward growth results.
i mean you can softmaxx (orthotropic) but it takes a long time and a lot of dedication, but still, beautiful results.
