Orbicularis Oris Linked With Nasio-Labial/Facio-Maxilaries Irregularities

I was carefully mirin new Barrett when I noticed this feature:

You can see the slight creasing where nasio-labial folds usually are. This isn't due to poor maxillary development but rather uber forward growth hypertrophy of the orbicularis oris complex causing the striations around his mouth area.

This is a two-edged sword. Due to the deep valley it creates in the skeleto-facial plane (in tandem with,perhaps, deep canine fossae) there is more fat that will swell and deposit in the area when one gains even a modicum of adipose.

Hency why Barrett, although at still a very respectable and healthy body fat, looks absolutely fucked here with giga massive nasiolabial folds.

No Man on earth has more robust facio-skeletal profile than Matt Lemond (at least theoretically from his editorials):

Conclusion: Pseudo-Maxillary flaws can oftentimes be a mistake of false perception.
