A lot of orbicularis oculi excercises to “improve the eye area” involve stretching the skin near the outer side of the eye while blinking which leads to a more downward appearance long term, the muscles near the eyes are blue anyways (sleepy muscles) so what are some actual ways to stimulate them for a more awake appearance without causing wrinkles?

Yeah but often times you can use muscles or fat to enhance the appearance of something on the surface even if it’s slight improvement, would that work for the fsce or come out botched
