I went to the doctor for my moderate acne and he gave me duac 5% which contains clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide, asked him if i can get tret or atleast taz but said it is not that severe, anyways i have been on it for a week and honestly didnt expect it to be that good it has made my skin more clear and acne has reduced. I have also experimented by putting it on my blackheads and honestly the number has reduced, also i have recessed infras and before applying the cream it used to be dark purple now it is very light brown/closer to my skin tone (white) . Downsides are that it dries my skin and it burns your skin sometimes after appllying it but benefits far outheweigh downsides.
tldr: duac is a good cream after using it for 1 week it has cleared my skin and made my infras less noticeable from the front.
