If you want my real answer, jfl at doing this pre-workout will just cause cardiovascular issues.
You should take this after you're done with your workout. just blast some music.

as for appetite suppression, it's good to maintain leanness when you already need this for adhd, won't do much for cutting.

if you don't need this for adhd, just avoid it altogether & use low-dose reta
