Recently, i've realized how ND i act, well i'm diagnosed with former known Asperger Syndrome (ND), and it doesn't heavily impact my life, i got a nice family, middle class, got a pretty looking girlfriend that loves me, but what haunts me every day, is how ND i am, each time i go outside, my skin crawls, every time i stare at someone talking to me, my hands tighten, and i wish to know some type of way to feel NT, normal just like the other people, self confident, non-anxious, free from my own mind.
(Serious post, i actually want to learn how to feel better and act more normal.)

how to feel better:
delete tiktok and stop using forums
if ur life is as good as u describe it to be then you'll be fine without them

Thats what i describe in the post, i feel so damn "ND" when i wish to feel normal
prob not what u wanna hear but you'll be fine, ur doing 50x better than some of the ppl on here. if ur so worried ab it get therapy

I mean yeah, i agree, my life is 100x better than all those incel fatties that rot on forums, i just wanna feel better overall, and ive had therapy before, but its just generic "Go outside, socialize blablabla" stuff

but honestly it sounds like that's all the advice that u need. I have this theory that the more you talk about a problem that isn't that bad the worse it gets, so just start living life and you'll watch that feeling disappear in a blink
